APK-40B Effervescent tablets packing machine is suitable for packing effervescent tablets into individual tubes. All of the equipment adopts programmable controller centralized control, optical fiber, photoelectric detection, etc., which has stable performance and reliable operation, and can be operated automatically. When there is no film, bottle shortage, cover shortage and other conditions, it can alarm and stop automatically. The contact part of the equipment and tablet is made of 304 or 316 high quality stainless steel, which is in full compliance with GMP requirements. It is the most ideal equipment for pharmaceutical factory, health care product factory, food factory effervescent tablet packaging and similar packaging.

APK-40B Effervescent Tablets Packing Machine Main Composition and function:

1. Cover vibrating system: Covers are loaded to the vibrating disk manually and conveyed to the fix capping position through the track by this system.

2.Tablet feeding system: Tablets are fed into the hopper manually, vibrated and sent to the bottling position automatically. When there is bottles at the position, tablet filling cylinder will fill the tablets into bottles automatically.

3. Bottle feeding system: Bottles are put into bottle hopper toward the same direction manually and arranged and unscrambled to the bottling position by the machine.

4. Capping system: After bottles are filled, the capping device will press caps and seal bottles automatically. No tablet, lacking tablets or no bottle, no capping.And the uncapped bottles will be rejected.

5.Electronic control system: This machine is controlled by PLC, cylinder and stepping motor, with an automatic multifunctional alarm system. It can alarm and stop in a delay time for lacking products, bottles or caps.

The machine table and frame is made of steel and treated by enamel paint. The platform cover’s material is SS304 and the others aluminum alloy or SS304.All parts contacting tablets are made of SS316.

APK-40B Effervescent Tablets Packing Machine Working process:

1.Feed tablet into hopper manually – Screen tablet – Arrange tablets into rack – Convey tablets to bottling position

2.Put the bottles in one direction into the bottle hopper – Conveying bottles to the bottling position

3.Load cover to the cap hopper manually – Sort cover – Convey cover to the the capping position

4.Bottle tablets, cap bottles and discharge end products
