AIPAK AKCA Vertical ultrasonic washing machine is a vertical drum structure,which uses conveyor net with screw bottle feeding, manipulator to hold the bottle, turn over and rotate continuously. The washing nozzle is used to oscillate and track the movement.
The bottle is washed by water and gas alternately in the inverted state, and the ultrasonic washing function is adopted, which has a good washing effect. The ultrasonic washing machine is composed of machine base, drum, screw lifting mechanism, transmission mechanism, water pump, filter and other components.
After water injection, the bottle enters the water tank for ultrasonic washing for 1 minute, and then is transferred by screw to the lifting pulley. After lifting, the bottle is held by the big drum manipulator, and the bottle mouth is turned down by the manipulator overturning for 180 °to wash alternately by water and gas.
After cleaning, the bottle is corrected by the manipulator and sent out to the sterilization tunnel through the synchronous belt.
This vertical ultrasonic washing machine is driven by AC motor, frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC control circuit, with reliable performance. Automatic constant temperature control of water temperature in water tank and water level control switch are installed to prevent the equipment from starting water pump, ultrasonic wave and heating elements in the absence of water. The water and gas pipeline is equipped with pressure display, and the pressure can be adjusted by the diaphragm valve. When online,receive the signal of sterilization tunnel and filling machine.

Monitoring method of cleaning process: independent spray needles are used for three kinds of media during cleaning. Each group of spray needles fixes only one cleaning medium to complete a washing station to prevent cross-contamination. Diaphragm pressure is used for monitoring.
