As long as the total thickness of the bag is increased, the heat sealing temperature must be increased accordingly.

Too fast heat sealing speed

The failure to seal the mouth is also related to the speed. If the speed is too fast, the sealing part is transferred by the traction roller to the cold pressing part for cooling treatment before heating, which naturally fails to meet the quality requirements of heat sealing.

The pressure of cold pressed rubber wheel is not appropriate

There is one cold pressed rubber wheel at the top and one at the bottom, and the pressure between them should be moderate. When adjusting the pressure, you only need to clamp the spring.

The other two screws are equipped with pressure springs and gaskets, which are mainly used to adjust the pressure of the heat sealing knife. The upper and lower blades have two springs respectively.

The main reason for the unevenness of the cutting surface of the heat sealing knife is that the intermediate screw is installed obliquely, not horizontally; Or the pressure spring of the upper heat sealing knife is uneven.

When the peeling test is carried out on the sealing part, half of the sealing is firm and half of the sealing is separated. The sealing quality of such bags is still unqualified, because the contents are easy to leak out after being squeezed during storage and transportation. This situation often occurs when the composite lining is OPP or blow molded PE.
